What is Bikram Yoga About?

Bikram Yoga is a fun, challenging and invigorating 90 minute workout for all levels, designed to increase your  flexibility, balance, and physical strength . Discover more about Bikram Yoga.

Bikram Yoga flows through 26  Hatha yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises. The yoga is practiced in a  room heated to 38 degrees Celsius, with 40 percent humidity. This is to enable you to stretch more deeply, get further into the postures, and detoxify quickly and thoroughly.

Our Bikram Certified teachers will encourage and inspire you to do your best. Through regular practice, you’ll discover the true meaning of yoga: the union of mind, body, spirit.

Now offering Yin Yoga a slower more meditative style done in a warm room and designed to get into the joints and connective tissue- the perfect balance to Bikram Yoga. See our schedule for class times
